When a definitive union of housing units occurs (where differentiated use is not possible due to the lack of a set of divisions in each unit that guarantee such autonomy, namely kitchen, sanitary installations, or bedrooms), an Energy Certificate must be issued reflecting this union and indicating the inconsistency between the built reality and the official documentation in the notes and observations to be included in the Energy Certificate.
